I work with a wide range of senior executives to hone their leadership skills. You may be new to a role, preparing for a new role, or simply want to improve your personal effectiveness and make a greater impact in your current role.
My approach is based around Leadership Ink’s “7 Steps to Great Leadership”. I aim to build your own self awareness and cover a range of leadership topics, weaving tasks into your day-to-day work, to build and develop your leadership skillset.
My view is that ‘on the job’ learning is a far better way to embed new skills than classroom learning. I work through regular 1-2-1 sessions to help you discover more about yourself, your leadership preferences, the way you lead and help you work more effectively with those around you. I’ll introduce you (and in many cases re-introduce you) to some of the leading thinking on the topic of leadership and build this into your daily routines.
Importantly, throughout the programme I’ll be by your side to challenge and support you, as you become a better leader
I also work with groups, setting up regular, usually on-line, workshops where small groups work together through leadership topics, building on specific projects they can take to their organisation to develop their skills in real time.
