I hold postgraduate qualifications in Executive and Team Coaching from the Henley Business School, the University of Reading, the University of the West of England (UWE) and the Institute of Leadership and Management. I am a fellow of the Institute of Leadership, an accredited Insights practitioner and an accredited facilitator of The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team. I also have an MBA from Henley Management College
I have been coaching teams for most of my career, having had a positive experience of coaching myself early on. I have over 30 years of commercial experience leading teams in both large multi-nationals and private equity businesses in both UK and international roles.
